Build It Production-Grade

There is a myth that early-stage products should be thrown together and rewritten later. That works for slide decks. It fails for software customers pay for.

Production-grade does not mean over-engineered. It means the wedge ships with real auth, real data handling, real error paths, and a deployment pipeline you trust. Customers notice when things break. Investors notice when you cannot demo without apologizing.

Build the smallest scope possible, but build it like you intend to keep it. Rewrites kill momentum and burn the trust you earned during demand validation.
